VCA allows you to maintain a directory of contacts, receive pop-up notification of
incoming Calls and Voice Mail Messages and view call logs. Add, delete, review and
update contact information in your Address Book; play, replay, and save Voice Mail
Messages; store the names and telephone numbers of people who call or leave Voice
Mail Messages; synchronize your VCA Address Book with Lotus Notes, MS Outlook, MS
Outlook Express and PDA; and import contact information from MS Outlook. Your VCA
account is tied directly to your Verizon Home Phone number with Voice Mail functionality
tied directly to your Verizon Home Voice Mail feature.
